Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If not, returning is simple.

Eligibility

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery worldwide.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.
- To start a return, email info@sarapeymanpour.co.uk. We’ll share next steps and return instructions.

Exceptions

- Bespoke, custom, and personalised pieces are non-returnable, unless faulty.
- Gift cards (and any clearly marked final sale items) are non-returnable.

Process & Refunds

- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions (and a label where applicable). Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.
- After receiving and inspecting your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the funds.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

EU/UK Consumer Rights

If your order is delivered within the UK or EU, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. This policy meets or exceeds that requirement.
